Ordering and Payment

• All prices are listed in CAD$ and include applicable sales tax.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe or Paypal.

• Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

• I take great care to package your artwork securely.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork.

• Shipping to Canada and the USA is free.

• You'll receive a notification with tracking information when your order ships.

Returns and Refunds

• I hope you'll love your new artwork! In the unlikely event there's a problem, I accept returns within 30 days of purchase for defective items only. For defective items, a full refund will be issued, including original shipping costs (if applicable).

• To initiate a return, please contact me directly at hello@olivia-sementsova.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue and a photo.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Once I receive the returned item and confirm the defect, I'll process your return and issue a full refund within one week.
